DOA
1. If you have a DOA (dead on arrival) you must email or phone me straight away.
Refund or agreed replacement will be sent ASAP once you have returned the animal
to us.
REFUNDS
1. Only animals are refunded. delivery is non refundable on any gecko sent back to me it is up to the buyer to cover delivery costs. (unless DOA)
